Itinerary

Day 1

Full-day excursion

We collect you from your riad in Marrakech and meet your local chef-host. After a quick stroll through a nearby souk to pick up fresh produce and spices, you head into a traditional kitchen to prepare a full Moroccan meal — typically a starter of zaalouk or carrot salad, a main course of chicken or vegetable tagine and hand-rolled couscous, and mint tea with pastries. You sit down to eat what you have cooked together before being driven back to your accommodation.
