1. Agreement
By booking a tour with Local Morocco Tours, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your trip.
2. Booking & payment
- A booking is confirmed once we receive the agreed deposit (usually 20–30% of the total price).
- The remaining balance is payable in cash on arrival in Morocco, or by bank transfer before the trip starts.
- Prices quoted are per group or per person as specified in your itinerary and cover the services explicitly listed.
3. Cancellation policy
- More than 30 days before departure — full deposit refunded minus bank fees.
- Between 15 and 30 days — 50% of the deposit refunded.
- Less than 15 days before departure — deposit is non-refundable.
- No-shows or cancellations during the tour are not refundable.
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical events and trip interruption.
4. Changes by us
In rare cases we may need to alter your itinerary because of weather, road closures, strikes or other events beyond our control. When this happens we will arrange the nearest equivalent alternative at no extra cost.
5. Traveller responsibilities
- Hold a valid passport and any required visas for Morocco.
- Arrive on time at the agreed pick-up point.
- Respect local customs and your guide's safety instructions, especially in the desert and the Atlas mountains.
- Declare any medical condition or dietary requirement at the time of booking.
6. Liability
Local Morocco Tours acts in good faith and provides services through licensed partners (drivers, riads, camps). We are not liable for loss, damage or injury caused by events outside our reasonable control, or by the traveller's own actions.
7. Photos & media
Photos taken during tours may occasionally be used on our website or social media. If you prefer not to appear in any image, please let your guide know.
8. Complaints
If something goes wrong during your tour, please tell your guide or contact us immediately on +212 666 107 312 so we can fix it on the spot.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Marrakech.
