Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1

Marrakech Imlil Toubkal Refuge

In our private Atlas and Sahara Tour From Marrakech, we will see the top locations and destinations. After breakfast, we take you to Imlil, where we meet our trekking crew and travel to Aremd hamlet and the shrine of Sidi Chamarouch. We hiked up to the Toukbal Refuge for the rest of the day (3206m). Overnight with meals in a 5day trip of Toubkal and Merzouga.

Day 2

Toubkal Refuge Imlil Marrakech

We begin early in the morning, climb the summit of Jebel Toukbal, and enjoy the best views of the High Atlas and Sahara desert. We will return to Imlil after a pleasant climb, and then bring you to your accommodation in Marrakech.

Day 3

Marrakech Ait Benhaddou Ouarzazate Dades Gorges

Our travel from Marrakech to Atlas and Merzouga continues across the Tizin'Tichka Atlas pass, and we visit the famed Ait Benhaddou kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We proceed to Ouarzazate after lunch, then Skoura and Dades Valley, where you will spend the night in a riad/hotel with dinner.

Day 4

Dades Gorges Erfoud Merzouga and camel ride with night in desert camp

After breakfast, we continue on to Tinjdad and the Todra Gorges on our 5 Day Atlas and Sahara Desert Tour. Then we'll go to Erfoud and see the fossil industry before heading to the Merzouga desert, where we'll spend the night in a pleasant camp. We ride camels and watch the sunset, then listen to Berber music and spend the night in nomad tents.

Day 5

Merzouga Camel Trek Atlas mountains Marrakech

On the final day of the 5day Toubkal and Merzouga tour, we witness the dawn above the Sahara dunes of Erg Chebbi, then ride camels back to the hamlet and go to Nkob and Ouarzazate after breakfast. We arrive in Marrakech after driving across the TizinTichka pass. The tour has come to an end.
